Position Details:

The PMO Project Manager Sr manages the development and/or implementation of products and/or services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Creates project plans, directs schedules and budgets expenses.

* Monitors project from inception through delivery.

* Organizes activities ensuring completion of the project within budget constraints.

* Responsible for significantly complex scope projects.

* Leads matrix teams.

* Takes a role as a leader of a team that works collaboratively toward solution that benefits the project.

* Shows initiative and works independently.

* Must have technical aptitude and knowledge of data centers, network and telecom, PCI & software lifecycle development.

* Manages success of moderate to complex Operations projects from development through delivery via project plans, task analysis, risk mitigation and status reporting.

* Serves as liaison between project team and stakeholder in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

* Provides metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on track.

* Coordinates the project implementation and assists in the enforcement of process standards.

* Identify problems and communicate with sponsor and project team as to the resolution.

* Communicate internally/externally progression of project with a method that targets key milestones.

* Communicate and maintain implementation procedures.

* Accountable for successful project implementation.

* Define requirements, analyze operational impacts and integration issues with other processes.

* Evaluate completed projects via a lessons-learned document, stating the positives and negatives.

* Define requirements and objectives for measurement.

* Develop and publish project plan.

* Communicate internally/externally progression of project with a method that targets key milestones.

* Evaluate training needs for internal roll out.

* Provide/acquire internal/third party resource report.

* Work with executive sponsors and project team to ensure timelines are accurate and deadlines are accomplished

* Manage project progression:

o Evaluate corrective and preventative action

o Record changes

o Impact analysis

o Day to day project control

o Project Implementation

* Communicate and maintain implementation procedures while serving as a resource for internal departments for system questions or problems.

* Escalate issues and risks to appropriate levels of management when necessary.

* Resource for committees or groups formed for a specific purpose and/or project.

* Manager for overall client satisfaction.

* Build and enhance credibility with Operations' teams

* Help/mentor less experienced staff.

* Work with all levels of the team as a product resource.

* Conduct one-on-one, as well as team, training as needed.

* Manage large, complex processes that involve multiple CSG departments and third party vendors.

* Lead interdepartmental ad hoc teams analyzing or modifying CSG products and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. PMP Certification preferred.

* 5+ years related project manager experience.

* IT knowledge in software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation and documentation.

* Ability to interface with all levels of an IT organization including CIO, Vice President and Director levels.

* Ability to plan and deliver executive-level presentations to internal and external clients.

* Excellent organizational and project management skills.

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, RACI's, and Risk Registers).

* Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

* Highly developed analytical problem solving skills in choosing effective solutions to problems.

* Up to 5% travel, domestically and/or internationally.
