Rate of Pay: ACC - $25.00/hour

Position Summary:
Pima Community College, Performing Arts Department is seeking accompanists for courses: MUS 131 - College Singers, Voice Class MUS 136, and Workshop MUS 148/149 courses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accompanying students on the piano in rehearsals and classes
- Assist students to learn their music in sectional rehearsals
- Accompanying concerts
- Bachelor's degree in Music
- Two years of experience accompanying chorus and singers
- Bachelor's degree in Music
- 2 years of experience accompanying ensembles and singers
- Knowledge of different musical styles
- Knowledge of different repertoire, musical and operas
- Knowledge of music theory and music history
Positions in this class typically require using the fingers to play the piano.
Positions in this class typically require: fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
