The Account Executive on the Commercial team is responsible for growing the AEM agriculture business and market with large food and beverage producers and processors, irrigation companies, fertilizer manufacturers, and large growers. This position will own and be accountable for the sales and account management process - from identifying opportunities to build a pipeline, and to contract closing. They will collaborate and orchestrate closely with market leaders, product, technical sales, channel, marketing, and other stakeholders to create value and ensure client success. A successful candidate is a self-starting team player, a curious problem solver and seeker, who uses a planned, consultative key account methodology to deeply understand the long-term strategy and translate these needs into solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct virtual, phone, and in-person meetings in a fast-paced environment to deliver results.
