Manpower has an opening in Savannah, Ga on Hutchinson Island in Chatham County, Georgia for an Bookkeeper! You will be working with a company that is specializing in maintenance and new construction, this position requires you to work independently!!

What is the job?

*Provide accounting and clerical assistance to site, maintain spreadsheets

*Process time sheets for employees

*Track and record daily work, enter time of work to submit for billing

*Research and correct ticket documentation discrepancies

*Receive Safety reports/data and enter data into matrix

*Compose, type, and distribute reports.

*Maintain Safety Training Database, distribute certifications

*Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

*Complete requisitions/reports in accordance with company procedures.

*Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.

*Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

*Answer telephones and mails out correspondence to the Corporate Office

What do you bring to the job?

*Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both written and verbal

*Mastery in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting software

*Minimum three years in a similar role

*Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects

*Accuracy and attention to detail
