Keller is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant based out of our Tampa, FL location.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll hours on a weekly basis for the shop and field crews, so Corporate can then process payment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly compliance reporting as needed, such as certified payrolls, OCIP/CCIP reporting, etc.
• Assist with AR billing tracking - reading contracts to find the relevant information for the accounting department, such as, contractor required forms, billing dates, certified payroll requirements, etc.
• Assist accounting department on other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Have some experience with accounting and/or payroll reporting, including:
  • Entering payroll time
  • Prevailing wages
  • Unions - rates/benefits (OT vs. DT pay, holidays)
  • Certified payroll
  • OCIP/CCIP reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• A High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework in accounting or general administration preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering sector would be a plus
• Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
