Ledgent is partnering with an organization in Tualatin who is looking for their next AP Specialist! This is an on-site role for a medium-sized company that will pay up to $28 an hour for the right candidate.

Essential Functions:

• Review invoice scans and enter data into accounting system with accuracy
• Complete batch imports for AP entries
• Timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies
• Communicate with internal and external partners for missing invoices
• Provide top-notch customer service to customers
• Create route operational and ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Accounting degree or equivalent preferred
