Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounts Payable team!

The Accounts Payable Specialist will have experience in the following:

• Process a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices for payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts
• Respond to AP inquiries and perform vendor maintenance
• Produce weekly disbursements for ACHs, wires, and checks
• Assist with processing T&E reports for employees

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables and vlookups preferred
• Large ERP experience is preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
