Responsibilities:
- Posting and applying daily cash receipts
- Insure that assigned accounts receivable balances are paid within the terms set by the Company
- Analyzing and reporting of all payment discrepancies.
- Insure that all short paid invoices are researched and either collected or adjusted
- Insure that assigned accounts have proper documentation needed to insure timely payments
- Maintain complete customer files on all assigned accounts.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent telephone/communication skills
- Basic AS/400 skills
- Knowledge of Infinium software a plus
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Some collection experience a plus
