Department Summary:

Financial Shared Services is responsible for the effective operation of Global Accounts Payable, Global Credit Management, Global Collections & Deductions Management, Global Cash Application, US Order Management and Contracts.

Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivables Coordinator will be responsible for a few hundred customer accounts maintaining balances less than $50K. This part time position will require interaction with BlueCrest management and BlueCrest customers. An outgoing respectful professional is ideal for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and D365 maintenance for the designated customer portfolio
• Partner with Sales, Service and Order Management teams to resolve collection issues and disputes
• Review customer accounts to ensure all invoicing and cash applications are accurate
• Escalates customer facing issues to management within a reasonable time frame
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines and collection forecast
• Works closely with Legal Department to ensure company collection process is maintained

Minimum:

• Top performing, outgoing professional, with high analytical capacity, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, as well as, independent environment
• Ability to multitask with ad hoc assignments as needed based on business priority changes

Preferred:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Software and ERP systems
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, think independently, work cross-functionally and proactively propose solutions
• Position requires excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, strong written capabilities, attention to detail and meets deadlines
