Beacon Hill Staffing is hiring a Administrative Assistant for our client. This is a full time - Contract to perm assignment - In Alpharetta.

We are looking for someone who is highly dependable, efficient, creative, and has strong communication skills.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pivot tables, data entry, and formulas in Excel
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Point of contact for internal and external relations
  • Analyze complex information requests
  • Prepare special or one-time reports, or replies to inquiries

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Insurance background (preferred)
