Posting Summary:

To provide office support for the Eleanor M. Luse Center Clinic in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Process billing sheets into database, process internal, external and insurance billing. Compile and maintain consumer evaluations and on and off campus supervisor evaluations. Maintain lists of clinic test and materials. Prepare clinic manual. Provide administrative support for the Clinic Director. Perform receptionist duties when scheduler is absent. Supervision from Business Manager.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):

Associate's degree in related area, one to three years specialized experience and working knowledge of software applications used to support area operations required. Effective communication, organizational and problem solving skills required.

Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge of Excel, Word, Peoplesoft, Banner, Database, Insurance billing software desirable.

Special Conditions:

Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, This position is ineligible for telework due to the essential functions
