General Description:
As part of the Contract Administration Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative, proposal and contract support. R esponsible for filing, typing up changes to agreements, organizing administrative material, tracking progress on activities under review and negotiation, collecting data for periodic reporting or special inquiries.

  • Collecting incoming requests for support and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Preparing correspondence and incorporating edits/changes as required
  • Creating first drafts from template agreements/documentation to send out for review
  • Tracking and reporting status of action items assigned to team members
  • Receiving final/signed documentation and filing in appropriate folders/updating into internal systems
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • BA or BS Degree Business Administration, Liberal Arts, International Studies, Public Administration or Political Science preferred.
  • Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to perform independent research.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong Time Management and Organization Skills.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills as a member of a Collaborative multidisciplinary team.
MS Office Suite to include Excel spreadsheet skills.

Security Requirements:
Applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a security clearance issued by the US Government. In addition to the security clearance, this position may require an additional background screening for base access.
