Position Title: Administrative Assistant, Contracts and Governance
Position Location: Remote
Job Summary:
The Contracts Analyst position is an integral part of the Contracts and Contract Governance ("C&CG") Administrative team, reporting to the Contracts Supervisor. The Contracts Analyst role will primarily provide oversight of the C&CG Inbox, assessing incoming requests, analyzing document details and assigning the request to the appropriate contract administrator or governance analysts on the team. Additional responsibilities will include preparing template Non-Disclosure Agreements ("NDA"), Master Service Agreements ("MSA"), sending requests for signatures via DocuSign, and search for documents in the SharePoint C&CG Repository as requested for requestors, administrators, and analysts. Contracts Analyst will collaborate and works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders throughout the company and contribute to the overall success of the C&CG team.
Essential Functions:
- Effectively support Contracts & Contracts Governance administrative processes including the following:
- Oversees the Contract & Contract Governance Inbox.
- Analyze necessary requirements of incoming requests and subsequent documents to identify Converge Portfolio Company (CPC), Account Executive (AE), document type, purpose, required action, due date, and assign via email to appropriate C&CG administrator(s) and/or analyst(s) with summary of details requested.
- Accurately log details of request on C&CG Tracking Spreadsheet.
- Facilitate clear and prompt communication with internal stakeholders/requestors to address inquiries and provide support.
- Prepare standard NDA and MSA templates for client/partner review.
- Prepare in PDF format if client/partner does not request redlines.
- Prepare a Word version with "track changes" locked to present for client/partner redlines.
- Search for documents in the SharePoint C&CG Repository as requested by leadership, requestors, administrators, and analysts.
- Upload finalized agreements via DocuSign for execution by parties of the agreements.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies - Excellent ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in generating and analyzing contract details, (i.e., expiration dates, data protection, HIPPA compliance, insurance requirements, and other commercial, public sector, and healthcare regulatory compliance standards to support effective decision-making.
- Must be able to quickly assess, analyze and assign requests. Responsiveness is critical.

Education and Experience: • 2 years of college or higher in Business Administration, legal studies, or a related field: or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience to contract administration and approval process.
• Experience with interpreting legal documents within IT industry, public sector, and healthcare a plus.
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
