For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Job Summary:
Assists in provision of patient care including patient monitoring; providing clerical, reception, and public relations duties; and organizational support within the clinic. Provides care that is tailored to the needs and abilities of the patient.
Essential Functions:
To ensure compliance with all local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies
Participates in all staff meetings.
Answers phones, opens mail and distributes other correspondence.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
Assists Program Director in community relations activities.
Distributes faxes and provides upkeep on administrative files and reports.
Operates credit card machine and ensures the security of patient credit card information, where applicable.
Provides high quality customer service.
Provides support around coordination of care for patients.
Places supply orders as approved by the Program Director.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Point of contact for patient inquiries.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
Required Knowledge: Microsoft Excel and Google experience. Basic mathematics skills required.
Experience Required: Office experience. Previous medical office experience is preferred. Substance abuse experience ideal.
Skill and Ability: Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills. Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.

Finger Dexterity: Use primarily when operating calculator, telephone and keyboard.

Vision: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare and inspect documents. Clear vision at 20 inches or less and distant vision at 20 feet or more.
Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting much of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
