Join our team of competent and caring professionals as an Administrative Support Staff in the School Street Counseling Institute (SSCI) at Behavioral Health Network! Administrative Support Staff work among BHN staff, the individuals we serve, and the general public, providing support for the clinical activities at the program. They use their organizational skills and ability to prioritize to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Administrative Support Staff also learn the intake process and may provide backup to the Intake Coordinator when necessary.

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Additionally, BHN is a Tobacco Free workplace. All Staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors agree not to smell of or use Tobacco or ENDS products while on paid work time or within sight of any BHN facility.

The School Street Counseling Institute (SSCI)provides outpatient psychotherapeutic clinical services to children, families, and adults with mental health and substance abuse problems. Our staff includes psychologists, social works, counselors, and psychiatrists. SSCI offers linguistically and culturally competent services in Spanish. Our goal is to provide high quality mental health services in a community setting that faces many social, economical, and psychological challenges.

Administrative Support Staff at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • At least 6 months of related office experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Familiarity with Internet, word processing, and email systems.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
