About the role:

We’re looking for a Data Analysist who is passionate and motivated to make an impact by developing insights from a variety of data sources that can help us gain a deeper understanding of how to improve patient and physician outcomes. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and presenting data for both internal and external stakeholders. You will be collaborating with clinical, marketing, new-product development and manufacturing teams, among others. You will be a catalyst of change and will be responsible for helping to re-invent the way we understand the user, applications, and success of our product.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets
  • Sufficiently clean data to enable analysis
  • Design and maintain data systems and databases
  • Communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders, internal and external


Skill/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum  Master’s degree in a related area (or a Bachelor’s and 2 years). 
  • Strong knowledge and experience querying SQL databases
  • Proficiency in Python and R Studio
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices, including code standards, code reviews, source control management (Git), build processes, testing and operations.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with AWS
  • Experience working with Apache Spark
  • Experience in Data Science and correlation analysis
  • Experience working in a medical device company or with building FDA regulated software
