Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The regional training coordinator is responsible for providing a quality classroom product to our students, who include managers, agents and supervisors from the stations, as well as vendor employees. The successful applicant will be teaching core training to include QIK Sabre, Net Tracer and Ramp - EGOM and Annual Deicing - EGDM training to support Regional Stations. TDY may also be required, as well as extensive travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite
  • Flexible schedule
  • A manager's recommendation letter is required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior teaching experience in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Work Environment:
  • Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
  • All shifts including weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
  • Limited travel required

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Long periods of standing and speaking
