RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Coordinator II in Sleepy Hollow, NY.Key Tasks:
  • AP Coordinator II will compile, record, and analyze routine accounts payable transactions
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to corporate policies and procedures
  • Efficiently manage and input invoices for vendor categories in both domestic and foreign currencies
  • Utilize 2 and 3-way purchase orders
  • Conduct vendor account analysis and reconciliation
  • As an AP Coordinator II, you will review and reconcile vendor statements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Handle global vendors, foreign currency transactions, VAT, and automatic tax withholding, among other related tasks
  • Execute job responsibilities under supervision


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 plus years of AP experience
  • Possess extensive knowledge of ERP systems and invoice workflow systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Accounts Payable processes and procedures
  • Possess effective organizational and communication skills
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Familiarity with Oracle is preferred
  • Knowledge of document scanning, and invoice workflow systems is advantageous


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
