Location: New York City, NY
Description: The Judge Group is seeking an Application Developer for a long term contract in NYC. This will be a hybrid opportunity with a Financial Services client supporting the development of various applications.

**Candidate must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship** US Citizen or Green Card

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Projects consist of trading app, security & reference master, portfolio management app.
• Trading app is in production. This person will assist with enhancements.
• Security & Reference master are set for production in the 2nd quarter of 2023. This person will assist in development.
• 5-10% of time will be spent on day-to-day support.
• No overnight support.
• Pure development position.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong software development skills with Microsoft .NET technologies using C#.
• Experience in implementing modern web applications using the best practices.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases like Cosmos and Mongo.
• Microservices and Restful API development skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Git, Jira, and Azure pipeline is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Trading platform, Portfolio management or Security master is a plus.
• Knowledge of Active Batch or scheduling job service.
• Ability to work, test and deploy in both Linux and Windows environments.
