What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's degree (or related professional experience) & 2+ yrs experience with Yardi Voyager 7S (strongly preferred)
- Passion for learning new tech
- Basic to intermediate technical support and IT troubleshooting, customer support
- Support desk experience
- Desire to learn new tech & implement innovative ideas/solutions

Bonus Points for:
- Basic accounting knowledge/experience
- Hands on experience of Yardi tools like YSR, Correspondence, Notifications and Task Runner
What You Will Be Doing - Collaborating across the organization, ensuring outstanding technical support (application support), troubleshooting & problem resolution for Yardi Voyager 7S & other tech platforms (homegrown & 3rd party that we'll train you on)
- SLA & ticket closure maintenance while meeting SLA expectations for ticket responses based upon prioritization
- Working with development, QA, product & other departments to document, prioritize bugs in our software
- Account creation, enforcement of user permissions & security groups
- Providing concise, pragmatic and straightforward answers to questions about technical issues
- Process improvement
- Promote best practices, ensuring data cohesion & integrity throughout the org
- Proving analysis & severity of issues, requests, inquiries
- Consult on basic IT SW & HW support issues
- Report generation on ticket history + system usage as necessary
- Monitoring system health with performance metrics & running pre-programed automated tests
