RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Jeffersonville, IN who is looking for a Senior Applications Developer. This consultant will be responsible for the technical development and enhancements of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on Projects, GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Purchasing, Inventory, and EAM modules.Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 ( Projects, GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Purchasing, Inventory and EAM modules) by solving break/fix issues, and providing design, development, and support knowledge of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain Oracle EBS programs and customizations
• Provide problem analysis, diagnosis, resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support for Oracle EBS
• Understand business strategy and define the information technology systems architecture to support that strategy
• Administer the creation and use of corporate data to ensure the stability
• Ensure IT standards, procedures, and techniques, specifically with respect to software development, are maintained
• Facilitate, manage and prioritize end-user requests for enhancements
• Mentor, assist, and leverage other team members, when appropriate, by actively sharing knowledge
• Analyze business problems or improvement opportunities and help apply the appropriate people, processes, or technology solutions
• Evaluate current and new technologies to improve user productivity and operational performance
• Troubleshoot problems and work with external support partners to resolve issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
• 5-8 years of related work experience
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS
