Position Summary

Position: Applications Systems DeveloperLocation: Seneca Falls, NY Travel: Occasional (less than 10%) domestic and international travel Manages Others: No Relocation: Relocation packages available Education: Associates degree in Information Technology or similar is required, Bachelor's preferred

Essential Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:• Leads the development of data extractions, transformations, loading, interfaces, and migrations between applications such as legacy ERP and SAP• Actively participating in requirements and specifications gathering and developing applications using .Net Framework, SQL Server and SharePoint• Designing n-tier architecture involving presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer• Developing web pages using ASP .NET, AJAX and JavaScript for client-side validations• Coding the business logic in any of the following programming languages: C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Java, JavaScript• Designing databases, creating triggers, stored procedures and views in SQL server• Working with ADO Objects for retrieving and storing data in SQL Server• Creating SSIS packages in SQL server and scheduling same using SQL Server• Creating reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (required) and Crystal Reports• Preparing and executing test plans and integrating tested applications• Attending review meetings and walkthroughs to discuss the status of the project• Production support
Position Requirements

Applications Systems Developer Minimum Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience as an Applications Developer working with: data extracts, transformation; loading, program development, developing interfaces, developing reports, developing web applications etc.• A combination of at least 2 of the following programming languages: C#, Visual Basic, .NET, Java, JavaScript• Experience designing databases, creating triggers, stored procedures and views in SQL server • Working with ADO Objects for retrieving and storing data in SQL Server• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a project team consisting of Systems Analysts, Developers and end users

• Applies expertise to solve technical problems• Strong time-management skills - has ability to multi-task• In-depth knowledge of company's business processes, balanced with strong analytical and technical skills• Excellent team player skills• Strong written and oral communication skills• Preparing and executing test plans and integrating tested applications

Applications System Developer Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or similar is preferred • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) preferred• Developing web pages using ASP .NET, AJAX and JavaScript for client-side validations• Creating SSIS packages in SQL server and scheduling same using SQL Server• Creating
