RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce client is seeking an Appraisal Coordinator in Irvine, CA.Duties:
  • Research environmental property issues utilizing online systems and upload document findings
  • Monitor appraisal service requests for new assignments, updates, and changes
  • Expand knowledge in residential and commercial appraisal coordination
  • Position is onsite with social distancing protocols in place


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in appraisal assignment
  • Experience with an appraisal management system
  • Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced heavy volume environment
