Adecco is currently assisting a globally known client in their efforts to fill an Accounts Receivable job in Bridgewater Township, NJ paying $25.70 / hr. The job is remote currently but would likely be office based once everyone is allowed back on site. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week)

Length: : Initially 6 months (possibility of extension of assignment)

Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:00 - 5:00

Pay Rate : $25.70 per hr / Adecco W2

Requirements for this Accounts Receivable job include, but are not limited to:

Overall: looking for a candidate with well-rounded accounts receivable experience in both cash application and credit management/collections.

This position provides credit management and cash application support for a specific portfolio of US trade, export and contract manufacturing customers in accordance with department guidelines and our client's goals and values.

Functions may include: credit management, collection of past due invoices, dispute resolution, cash application of all incoming payments (ACH, EFT, check, wire, credit card), deduction identification, daily cash balancing, weekly statistics.

The incumbent works in collaboration with the following areas: Internal - credit, treasury, accounting, contract manufacturing, customer support, contracts and chargebacks.
External - customer contacts at the professional, supervisory and manager level in accounts payable, vendor relations and finance.

Bank contacts at the professional and relationship manager level.

Qualifications for this Accounts Receivable job include, but are not limited to:

Associates Degree or 1-3 year experience in Accounts Receivable or related field

Experience in SAP or High Radius a plus.
