Position Summary:
The Resolutions Archive Specialist performs a variety of duties such as receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing materials in a safe and orderly fashion under the direction of their supervisor. The Resolutions Archive Specialist requires exceptional organizational and documentation skills, efficiency, and the ability to read and follow written instructions with proficiency. Resolutions Archive Specialists are required to complete an on-the-job safety training prior to performing assigned duties.

Responsibilities:
• Staff will be responsible for ensuring all test materials (i.e. used/unused answer sheets and essays) are sorted, boxed, and labeled within specified guidelines in the Resolutions Archive storage area.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, bend/stoop, and/or reach overhead to move capsules containing test materials weighing up to 40 lbs. from a cart to the archive shelves.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Become familiar with documentation and reporting missing or additional documents to supervising manager.
• Document inventory counts.
• Understand the hazards and precautions performing tasks with equipment: proper lifting and rolling carts.

• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean receiving area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
• High school degree, GED certification or an equivalent qualification from a certified college.

Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):
• Should be physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Should have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Should have the ability to competently and effectively manage time and complete assigned work.
• Should be a team player and be able to coordinate with fellow workers.
• Should be compliant with all safety regulations and the ability to use warehouse machinery.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Dress Code: Attire should be a casual, i.e. t-shirt or button-up/collared shirt (polo shirt), jeans, sneakers/work boots.
