Asset Associate III

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics' Power and Signal (PSG) team is seeking energetic, organized, and innovative candidates to join our team in Solon, OH as a Buyer/Planner. As an Asset Associate III you will handle vendor management, negotiations, inventory management, purchase orders, and reverse logistics.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work independently to develop and execute business plans on specific supplier products
• Support company goals through the development of competitive purchasing and stocking strategies
• Review forecasts and supplier inventory; handle product life cycle management
• Create purchase orders for suppliers and monitor orders for expedites
• Review Sludge reports; including write-offs, write-downs, and returns
• Resolving sales and supplier related issues
• Vendor management domestically and internationally
• Inventory management

What You'll Need:

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2 year degree with equivalent related experience
• 2-5 years' experience working with suppliers or in a purchasing role
• Experience with vendor management
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytics background preferred

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
