Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

This is a role is on the Cross-Brand Strategy team. This new position reports to the Sr. Manager Cross Brand Strategy. Work location is remote + Warren, Michigan.

The role is crucial to the Cadillac business attributing to our goal of being at the forefront of culture. This person should have extensive experience in a brand marketing role with a history of driving results. This person will have lead responsibility of understanding the Cadillac brand architecture and how to bring this to life through brand initiatives, vehicle marketing and go to market planning. This person will lead and coordinate all aspects of brand execution within specialty areas such as gaming, music, fashion as well as lead the strategy and execution of Cadillac Collection. This person will also lead the roll out of the new visual identify for the brand across all three Tiers working across various functions. This person will lead and oversee asset central strategy and compliance process. All efforts will support the goal of brand lift / opinion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sr. Marketing Manager with leading the strategy and execution of culture and brand pillars for the brand; music, gaming, fashion (not limited to).
  • Lead the integration of brand pillar initiatives into larger nameplate strategies and go to market planning and partner with various stakeholders during the process
  • Partner with media team on understanding relevant brandpillar partners that could benefit holistic brand efforts; lead integration of agreed upon partners
  • Partner with multicultural lead to ensure MC audiences are included and lead integration into brandpillar planning and execution
  • Partner with brand strategy team to understand evolution of brand and how it impacts culture and brand pillar strategy; then and integrate into go to market planning
  • Lead brief creation for the creative agency with clear objectives and expectations for brand
  • Partner with GM central team to lead Cadillac Collection merchandising strategy and execution across the brand and nameplates
  • Work with partner agencies to execute brand initiatives effectively and on-time
  • Evangelize and implement Cadillac's new visual identity across all Tiers and the wider organization
  • Manage every aspect of the brand programs, partnering with agency team to deliver against all timelines
  • Manage the asset central process with stakeholders and agency partners ensuring brand consistency and compliancy for the brand

Additional Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred)
  • Strong business and industry acumen
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independent while leading large impactful projects
  • Possesses excellent brand vision and passion for automotive with keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter, ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and social skills
  • Works effectively with others
  • Proactive approach to all tasks with an initiative to drive results and solve problems
  • Ability or organize, collaborate, and move programs forward in changing environments
  • Ability to present to various teams + senior leadership audience

BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field a plus.
