Summary:

Provides administrative support to Group Executives. This position will also have responsibility for all Louisiana (Alexandria, Shreveport, Lake Charles) Corporate Board functions.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent preferred or significant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient to Mastery level of knowledge related to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and various other web-based programs.
  • Three to five years' experience in professional office setting with demonstration of increasing responsibility
  • Notary preferred
