TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have

• 3+ years graphic design experience in a related field (print graphics preferred)
• Excellent computer skills - Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of print development processes and calendars
• Strong graphic design ability with a proven history of commercially successful graphics

Position Description:

• Execute specialty print and in store sign graphic deliverables and ensure they preserve design aesthetic and meeting business objectives.
• Support the adaptation of seasonal creative graphics based on marketing strategy, stores visual, and product needs.
• Collaborate with graphics, photography, and copy teams to execute creative graphic direction that ties into the seasonal concept presentation.
• Prepare artwork for production and press.
• Translate copy only signs following established type and layout conventions.
• Actively leverage resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally and contribute to ongoing competitor research/trend analysis.
• Report to Creative Art Director.

Experience / Skills:

• College degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
• 3+ years graphic design experience in a related field (print graphics preferred)
• Strong graphic design ability with a proven history of commercially successful graphics
• Knowledge of print development processes and calendars
• Ensure cross functional communication is appropriate and timely in order to avoid delivery, price, or quality issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills - Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable w/ comping images & minor retouching in photoshop
