What kind of work will you be doing?

• Assist in developing clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or RFP's, ensuring proper scope and required technical specifications are met.
• Working in team to define solutions in the area of Critical Infrastructure for Data Centers.
• Providing technical guidance and support to our Customers, Sales and Consultants;
• Create quotations and tender specific technical documentations in cooperation with other Teams and Business Units within Vertiv;
• Select proper products out of our standard portfolio, to provide best solutions for our customers;
• Creation and development of technical product specifications and solutions according to customer's specific needs;

• Pricing and calculation of configured and customer specific products, based on our existing product platforms.
• Assist in the review of custom equipment orders and provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow.
• Provide applications sales support. May provide formal presentations to sales representatives and end users during factory visits and customer events, as requested.
• May assist with post sale technical support in providing product support to Offering Managers.
• May participate in new product development projects.

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Teamworker with high flexibility.
• A high degree of creativity and resilience.
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and one-line diagrams
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Other Duties as assigned
