Job Summary
The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the development and management of a marketing strategy and execution plan to support Candidate acquisition and retention. This position leads project management for B2C direct response campaigns, digital marketing, content strategy, marketing project management, business partner strategy alignment and communication, brand management and image development, related internal communications and presentations, and timely data reporting to support evolving strategies. The Lead partners with the Candidate Brand Manager to work closely with marketing teams and business operations teams to support revenue goals.
