Summary: Responsible for understanding manufacturing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communications between manufacturing, IT and other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Reviews company documentation including SOPs, SPECS, and Manufacturing Batch Records to assess MES impact.

• Identifies difficulties and revises logic and procedures as needed.

• Processes MES change controls and writes test plans.

• Works with Technical Trainers to develop training plans for MES users.

• Collaborates in the creation, review and approval of validation documents.

• Recommends business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Collaborates in the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upgrades and other changes to MES.

• Develops MES recipes, workflows, and electronic batch records to meet the requirements of manufacturing and QA users.

• Provides end-user support for MES usage and work closely with IT to troubleshoot problems.

• Defines user requirements.

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA in a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience for the associate level.

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
