Job Title: Associate Operations Business Manager ONE Brands

Position Summary:

This position will be part of a small but dynamic supply chain team and will be focus on key supply chain activities with a focus on delivering operational solutions for new business, tracking and planning existing business, and delivering measurable results that align with overall company objectives.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Think creatively and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop and manage operational solutions for new business opportunities
• Assist in the identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with tracking and managing supply chain key performance indicators include fill rate, on-time delivery, consumer complaints, schedule attainment, etc.
• Formulate and execute special warehousing, transportation, and packaging initiatives as needed based on company directives, including coordination with external partners
• Communicate with both internal and external partners (co-manufacturers, 3PLs, etc.) regarding finished goods production planning and raw material inventory requirements and lead times.
• Collaborate with and assist Operations Director on purchasing raw materials, relative to the published finished goods build plans, to ensure raw material will be ready in time to support the finished goods build plans.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to be successful in the position:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
• Proficient understanding of fundamental business management and supply chain principles and concepts
• Quick learner who willingly accepts coaching/feedback
• Self-starter who can work independently with limited guidance and direction (once trained in planning)
• Ability to lead multi-functional project teams and manage project timelines
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• At least 1-3 years progressive experience in Supply Chain or related function
