Associate, Risk Management
The Associate, Risk Management is a key member of the Legal & Risk Management team, supporting claim handling along with robust, accurate and actionable data intelligence through incidents, safety records, and claims and the software platforms that support such data. This individual should have an interest in a career in Risk Management and will contribute meaningfully to the strategic vision of the department through accurate data reporting and recordkeeping. This individual will have an ongoing book of claims within authority for handling and settlement. This ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing long-term projects with varying stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. This individual should have a basic understanding of property and casualty insurance and risk management with a special passion for construction. Key to this position are strong organization, communication, and data analytics skills. The ideal candidate has a baseline understanding of various types of insurance claims and the functional process of claim management and is enthusiastic to grow their career with a national General Contractor. They are highly organized, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and committed to sticking with a task from start to completion.
