Job Summary
The Associate Systems Analyst is an ENTRY-LEVEL position. We are searching for a bright, loyal, motivated candidate to fit into a unique and exciting company culture. You will work with other IT staff on the team by job shadowing there daily activities as needed, including but not limited to software installation, system administration, documentation and second level support. The role may or may not involve some customer contact but most often it involves getting some description of the problem from helpdesk, making a diagnosis and then either creating a fix or passing the problem on to someone who is responsible for the actual problem area. You will need to effectively adapt to change, work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, and have an exceptional ability to provide detail, which are especially critical to our department's tight deadlines and ever-changing demands.

You will learn to administer the following products through job shadowing and training: IBM FileNet Image Services, IBM FileNet eProcess, IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Case Analyzer, Nagios Monitoring, Adobe Life Cycle, IBM Case Manager, IBM Cognos Real Time Monitoring, Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Kofax Mobile, Kofax Analytics, Reveille, Kofax Front Office Server, Microsoft IIS, UNIX, JBOSS, JAVA, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle 11+, Microsoft Server, IBM WebSphere, AIX, Redhat Linux, IBM HTTP Server, Snowbound Rastermaster, Snowbound Virtual Viewer, Ghost Script, Microsoft .Net Framework, Flexera InstallShield, Enchoice CYA Backup Utility, Cisco Tidal, Faxback NET SatisFAXtion, Accellion File Transfer Agent, Bridgeway eCouncel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve issues and performance problems that impact the ability to conduct business Break / Fix Support.
• Identify applications and systems that require updates and coordinate the implementation with the business owner.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for how applications configured, managed and maintained.
• Perform after hours support for patching, upgrades, or responding to system outages.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience required.
• Finance/Lending industry experience a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining applications in a multiplatform environment (Windows Server and Unix/Linux Server).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (such as Nagios and Microsoft SCOM).
• Supporting applications like IBM FileNet Image Services, IBM FileNet eProcess, IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, IBM Case Analyzer, Nagios Monitoring, Adobe Life Cycle, IBM Case Manager, IBM Cognos Real Time Monitoring, Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules, Kofax Mobile, Kofax Analytics, Reveille, Kofax Front Office Server, Microsoft IIS, UNIX, JBOSS, JAVA, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle 11+, Microsoft Server, IBM WebSphere, AIX, Redhat Linux, IBM HTTP Server, Snowbound Rastermaster, Snowbound Virtual Viewer, Ghost Script, Microsoft .Net Framework, Flexera InstallShield, Enchoice CYA Backup Utility, Cisco Tidal, Faxback NET SatisFAXtion, Accellion File Transfer Agent, Bridgeway eCouncel would be a plus.
• Will learn to escalate with vendors for support, fix packs and contracts.
• Will learn to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery in rapidly changing environments.
