Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Marketing
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (UW Oshkosh), a transformational, research-enhanced comprehensive university seeks an innovative, equity-minded, student-centered, and visionary leader to serve as the next associate vice chancellor for enrollment management and marketing.

UW Oshkosh serves 13,500 undergraduate and graduate students making it the largest of 11 comprehensive universities in the University of Wisconsin System. Founded in 1871, UW Oshkosh offers more than 110 associate, baccalaureate, graduate and doctoral degree programs organized within five outstanding colleges (Business, Education and Human Services, Letters and Science, Nursing, and Honors) and Online and Continuing Education, which encompasses continuing education and online degree programs for adult non-traditional students. In 2018, UW Oshkosh joined with the two-year campuses of UWO Fond du Lac and UWO Fox Cities as the result of a UW System-wide merger and is now a thriving, three-campus university.

UW Oshkosh's NCAA Division III athletic program is among the very best in the nation, and the university serves as an arts and cultural center as well as an educational program and services space to the scenic Fox River Valley region of central northeast Wisconsin. The over 180-acres of the three campuses is strategically located in a thriving economic and cultural corridor with a combined population in excess of 750,000. This corridor consists of a cluster of dynamic, growing, mid-sized communities that stretch from Milwaukee to Green Bay.

With a new strategic plan, UW Oshkosh is an institution on the move, making this an exciting place to lead enrollment. The associate vice chancellor for enrollment management and marketing (AVC) reports to the vice chancellor for student affairs, is a key member of the Student Affairs leadership team, and sits on the Chancellor's Cabinet. The AVC will lead an innovative, data-informed strategy to achieve enrollment goals; leverage UW Oshkosh's strengths and value to enhance its position in a competitive and rapidly evolving environment; contribute to student success; and provide support and leadership for the enrollment management team.

The ideal candidate will employ an entrepreneurial approach to enrollment and demonstrate a willingness to think outside the box and quickly implement innovative and imaginative enrollment strategies. The AVC will have experience managing the complex interplay of marketing and recruiting strategies, enrollment goals and revenue targets, yield, and financial aid, and be able to provide insight into student interest and marketplace demands, the evolving enrollment landscape, and academic programs that can be leveraged to expand opportunities and grow new markets. It will be important for the AVC to have a clear understanding of the importance of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment, and be able to demonstrate a track record in recruiting, enrolling, and retaining diverse populations of students. A collaborative, transparent, and forward-thinking approach; exemplary personal and professional integrity; and a commitment to UW Oshkosh's mission as a public, research-enhanced comprehensive university with a culture of shared governance are essential for success.

All applications, nominations, and inquiries are invited. Applications should include, as separate documents, a CV or resume, and a letter of interest addressing the themes in this leadership profile. Professional references are not requested at this time.
