Job Description BAKERY PROCESS UTILITY will be trained to safely and effectively work in mixing, sheeting, freezing, and packaging departments of frozen
dough manufacturing plant.
Duties can include but are not limited to:

● Assist with raw product delivery and mixing.
● Assist with dough sheeting and molding.
Operate Packaging Equipment such as stick sorter/counter, box maker, box liner, checkweigher, case sealer, metal detector,
case coder and palletizer.
●
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
● Follows all GMP and Safety practices
● Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe.
● Trained in the fundamentals of food safety, food defense, HACCP, and GMP's.
● Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and Supervision.
Will need to exhibit reasoning ability and commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form.

● Must be able to teach, coach and train other associates within work area.
● Perform duties with speed, precision, and conscientiousness and with a high regard for workplace safety.
● Follow all equipment Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
● Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures during teardown and cleaning process.
Troubleshoot and make routine adjustments to high-speed industrial processing, packaging, casing, and palletizing equipment
and machinery in order to maintain product quality and production schedules.

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance in order to maintain the proper working order of all industrial processing,
packaging, casing, and palletizing equipment and machinery in order to maintain safe reliable equipment.
●
● Follow production schedule, read and follow formulas and write data on paper work.
● Follow the work schedule and assigned jobs on a daily basis.
● All other duties that are assigned by department management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
● Fast paced manufacturing work environment that includes raw food ingredients and flour dust.
● Work areas are near moving mechanical parts, conveyors, and rollers.
● Process area is a constant 66 degree ambient temperature.
● Noise level in work area is usually loud so hearing protection is required.
