Description: Have a passion for working with children, Our client is currently seeking a BCBA/ BSC

Behavior Analyst to work within MCIU - for kids ages 3-5 working within educational site, schools, preschool, environment. The Behavior Analyst develops behavior management programs for students with classroom staff and the program supervisor.

MCIU is located in Norristown, PA and provide services to students in School Age 3-5 located throughout Montgomery County, PA. Position will require travel within Montgomery County to Classroom/educational site, preschools, etc.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide consultation to teachers and to program supervisors in observing students presenting management problems and in taking baseline data on their behavior.
• Develop written descriptions of behavior programs for specific students.
• Assist teachers in making IEP revisions when they are necessary in order to implement a behavior modification program.
• Attend IEP meetings with parents along with the teachers and the program supervisor to discuss behavior modification programs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Must be courteous and able to deal effectively with people, cooperative, congenial, and self-oriented.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions, ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ability to read, write, and do simple computation.
• Original certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI.
