New England ABA is hiring immediately for a Part Time Behavior Technician. Join our amazing team in Taunton, MA and surrounding towns!

 Salary range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour 

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma and 12 months working with children and/or adolescents outside of your family OR
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 months of experience working with children and/or adolescents outside of your family
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Weekday availability in the afternoons after 3pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children with autism in their home, school, or community settings.
  • Behavior Technicians will teach children with autism how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently, while helping resolve challenging behaviors
  • Work under the direction of a program supervisor
  • Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data on child's treatment goals
  • Work with families to support their child's progress 
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Able to sit (on the ground) for extended periods of time and move with ease
  • Able to see, hear, articulate (e.g. for client safety, teaching of language and other skills, etc.)
  • Able to use/manipulate small technological devices
