A Moving and Storage Company is seeking a BI Developer in Clearwater, FL.

Role Description

The Business Intelligence Developer is a data expert and works primarily with databases and different type of software. The BI developer role has a broad set of software development, analytical, and report/dashboard development skills.

A significant amount of the BI developer's time is dedicated to the researching and planning of solutions to existing challenges within the company. This includes the building of OLAP databases, relational database development and design, ETL development, and KPI/report/dashboard development.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience employing data warehouse principles and theories, including knowledge of the various tactical approaches to data warehouse development
• 2 years experience with PowerBI or tableau development
• 1-3+ years' experience in data mining, data modeling and data reporting teams.
• Advanced to Expert level skills in every area of the Microsoft BI Stack (or other BI equivalent): SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, T-SQL, Stored Procedures
• Experience developing and optimizing high throughput ETL processes using SSIS
• Experience with report/dashboard design and working knowledge of a reporting suite such as SSRS and data visualization tools: Excel Services, PowerBI, PowerPivot, Tableau
