In this role, you will work with the Slalom's Public and Social Impact (PSI) federal sector team to improve proposal management and business development processes. You will lead the PSI-Federal Bid Management team including managing the team's priorities, workload, and professional development. You will serve as a subject matter expert on bid management leading practices and collaborate with other Slalom PSI teams to improve our processes nationwide. This role is critical to helping Slalom grow its business in the federal sector.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the PSI-Federal Bid Management team, including managing the team's priorities, workload, and professional development.
  • Work with the PSI-Federal leadership team to review current processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate and complete RFP responses for federal opportunities. Key activities include organizing proposal processes, creating and managing reusable proposal solution and past performance content, coordinating with legal and other required Slalom functions, and ensuring RFP response quality and compliance.
  • Manage ad hoc projects that contribute to the success of the PSI-Federal team.
  • Participate in national-level PSI leadership meetings as required.

Limited to no travel is required for this role. Work will be performed remotely or in the Tyson's Corner office

What You'll Bring
  • Your previous experience leading and managing teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience in public sector RFP response development.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities at once.
  • Your skills in project management, coordinating activity across multiple participants to meet completion of deliverables.
  • Your expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Your enthusiasm about Slalom's PSI industry mission, vision, and values.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $90,000-110,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
