Job Duties:

  • Responsibly manage and promptly respond to inquiries from the Funding Communications Team through various channels like phone, email, chat, or video conferencing, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Ensure timely resolution of inquiries as per management's defined timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clientele.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, adhering to HIPAA policies, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and subsequent actions taken.
  • Uphold client privacy policies, including those determined by AbleNet and HIPAA, to ensure compliance.
  • Acquire and sustain proficient knowledge of customer relations systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant databases.
  • Address customer inquiries across multiple platforms such as email, mail, fax, chat, or phone calls.
  • Collaborate as a cross-functional team member contributing to AbleNet's development and supporting company objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to core funding service department principles: Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • Undertake any other duties as delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Possess 2+ years of pertinent communication experience or relevant work experience in Medical insurance.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Actively engage and collaborate in cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Demonstrate efficient problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new software programs.
  • Proficiency in data entry and/or account management.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Additional Information:
  • Pay range: $25-$27 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Location: Initially onsite for the contract period, with potential hybrid arrangement afterward (2 days remote, 3 days in-office).
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
