Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Bilingual Mandarin Bank Branch Manager to join their team in Pasadena, CA. Salary: $70K-$100K

Location: Pasadena, CA Onsite

Duties:

  • Lead service and sales activities within the branch, implementing changes to enhance performance.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing plans to drive business development efforts.
  • Supervise operational and risk management activities to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor branch budget and control expenses to meet financial targets.
  • Actively engage in community affairs to enhance the company's reputation and community relations.
  • Provide training and support to branch staff to improve product knowledge and performance.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing branch team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in branch management focusing on deposit gathering.
  • Experience in lending, especially in commercial real estate and business loans, is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of branch management, customer service, sales, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and products.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese required.
