Location: Woodlynne, NJ
Salary: 75k plus bonus
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator (Construction experience) for our client in their Woodlynne, NJ area operations. The qualified individual will have 5+ years of experience in a construction and demolition setting.

COMPENSATION: $75k plus bonus

MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in engineering

MUST HAVE: 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant

MUST HAVE: Prior Senior experience as a personal assistant of CEO or senior executive

MUST HAVE: Experience with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

MUST BE: Bilingual (Spanish)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA standards are met

- Assist with implementation of corporate, and regulatory requirements

- Promote Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) awareness

- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements

- Manage Site Safety Plans and database

- Conduct site and job audits

- Work with Safety and Operations teams on documenting findings and corrective actions

- Perform safety related new hire orientation and training

- Manage database to track current training

- Manage storm water discharge permit applications

- Manage storm water pollution prevention plans

- Manage SPCC and Federal, State, and Local Response Plans

- Track environmental compliance measures

- Audit environmental programs

- Assist with inspections and investigations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- BS degree in a technical discipline

- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations

- 3+ years of safety experience in a construction or industrial environment

- Experience with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI, State and Local rules

- Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, tracking and reporting

- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

- Valid driver's license
