Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking a Billing Specialist. This could be the ideal position for you, if you are looking to advance your career. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and learn in an exciting environment. You will handle the processing of payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Create timely invoices for customers
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain customers' collection/accounts payable contact information updated
• Process accounts for accounts payable and receivable invoices
• Filing accounting records as required and research files/records for special projects
• Support the answering of phones, mail distribution and other administrative duties
• Support the Accounting team with special projects as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Practices superior time management.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Makes evident good technical understanding
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times to protect the privacy of employees and clients.
