Kforce is seeking a Billing Specialist for one of their clients in the Saint Louis, MO area.Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
Prepares client and hotel final invoices utilizing data that is pulled from a CRM tool with the input from several individuals
Works with the Project Accountants and Account Managers to coordinate the invoice information
Generate Credit Memos as needed
Responsible to generate the hotel deposit invoices on a weekly basis
Distribute or email invoices to the appropriate recipients
Data reconciliation and contract compliance by ensuring the billing meets contract requirements
Maintain a billing audit file and record accounting transactions
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a Business focus or equivalent work experience desired
Detail-oriented, self-starter, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Oracle billing experience preferred
Previous experience in an accounting or billing role preferred
Excel skills - lookups and Excel skills are needed, will not need complex pivots or macros
