Under general supervision, collaborates in planning, building, scheduling, and maintaining, Supply Chain projects related to supply management and the Blue Bin distribution system. Works closely with Clinical customers to ensure successful transition to new system and monitors post go-live activates until station operations stabilize. Completes and adheres to the principles of Service Excellence Guiding Behaviors and the philosophy and mission of Mercy in all aspects of job performance.What we are looking for:
High School diploma or certificate preferred
Special Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrates understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management techniques.
Ability to self-direct plan, and organizes daily work.
Ability to provide strong customer satisfaction, excellent organization, communication skills are required.
Ability to exercise independent and analytical judgment in the work environment to give and follow written and oral instructions and effectively record and reflect observations.
Excellent customer service orientation skills necessary to deal effectively with various levels of hospital personnel, outside customers and vendors.
