Our recruiting firm is partnering with a General Contractor in Boca Raton, to find them a Bookkeeper. This GC has been in business for over 30 years and specializes in commercial construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, AP, AR and special project accounting
• Handle release of liens and process AIA billings
• Bank and Project Cost reconciliations
• Payroll support

Qualifications:

• Construction industry experience is required
• Experience with Sage 300 or Sage Timberline is required
• 100% onsite position
