Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Brand Program Specialist to join the Restaurant Development Team in Louisville, KY.

Overview of the Position:

This position provides operational support for Brand Concept team. The Brand Program Specialist works directly with the Program Manager, Concept Team, Franchisee, Brand, and Suppliers in support of national rollouts and corporate tests. Specialist is responsible for successful program execution and on time in full delivery. This includes quotes and approvals, order replication, order validation and reporting, customer outreach. Escalates potential program risks and aids in corrective action to eliminate/minimize impact to the program schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with Program Manager to support end-to-end program execution for Taco Bell.
    • Deliver accurate and timely quotes and orders.
    • Perform validation to ensure quotes/orders are placed according to rollout and install schedules.
    • Collaborate with customer to ensure timely response on program needs.
    • Work collaboratively with customer and internal/external stakeholders to provide order status and support issue resolution.
    • Work with customers and create solutions for optimizing program/system processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
    • Actively participate in Program Management meetings.
  • Utilizes tools, reports, and processes to monitor and manage project.
    • Maintains project management tools and reports to ensure proper tracking of projects.
    • Utilizes reporting to ensure on time delivery.
  • Utilizes tools and resources to provide customer shipping and status information
  • Utilizes ERP (Oracle NetSuite), SharePoint Document Storage and Knowledge Management Systems.
  • Ensures customer service measures are met
    • Attends training and demonstrates solid working knowledge of program and provides product technical information, as needed
    • Provides support to resolve customer escalations and/or supplier issues
    • Accepts and/or responds to customer calls/emails in a timely manner.
    • Provides back up support to inbound switchboard call volume
    • Works in a team environment to ensure all projects are completed on time.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting cross-functional projects and/or material supply and/or relevant experience in order fulfillment, sales support, customer service, warehouse and/or supplier management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to use supporting analytics and reporting to manage a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and problem resolution skills.
  • Restaurant or retail operational experience is preferred.
  • A self-starter with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Ability to manage and juggle several complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Prefer experience with restaurant equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Advance experience with Excel
  • Experience with Power BI
