Description
Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a MD 1st Class Grade Stationary Engineer for its contract to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services located in Baltimore, MD. Hourly Pay Rate: $44.93 per hour. Working Days/Hours for this position: 2nd Shift (1:30pm-9:30pm) Tuesday Through Saturday.

• Qualified candidates should possess and be capable of maintaining, a MD 1st Class Stationary Engineer License. Candidates with Maryland 2nd and with the ability to obtain a Maryland 1st Class Stationary Engineer License may also be considered.
• Must have a minimum of 6 years journeyman level experience as a Stationary Engineer.
• Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, Utility Services, Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing/Facility Maintenance.

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
